KSR started his career in gastronomy in the Hotel Bayerischer
Hof in 1986. Next to several famous bars, he had also managed
three of his own places. After KSR had been chef de bar at Ernst
Lechthaler for five years, he had organized a number of international
events (Academy Awards L. A., film festival in Cannes, film
festival Venice, Bambi, Echo). From 2003-2010, he has been working
in the famous Schumann`s Bar in Munich. Now you can find him in the Goldene Bar Munich. Truly satisfied with
his job, he is continuously travelling around the world to educate
himself and to communicate with peers internationally.
